Real change takes many people working at all levels. You can help support Camden Healthy Start (CHS) at home, in your business or in your community. There are many ways to get involved. If you are interested in volunteering, email us at CHSvolunteer@snjpc.org.
Community Action Network
The Community Action Network (CAN) is comprised of community stakeholders, local agencies and program participants with the shared vision to improve birth outcomes and reduce infant mortality in Camden. Members use a collective impact approach to address the problem and create interventions that are both measurable and successful. If you are interested in joining the CAN, email us at CHSvolunteer@snjpc.org.
The Fatherhood Committee empowers the Camden community to positively impact the health and well-being of children. The committee provides agencies and organizations with information about infant mortality, a forum to discuss issues that affect families with children from birth to age 2 and community resources to educate the public about the importance of healthy, active fathers. Meetings are held at our Camden office. Meeting dates and times vary to help working dads and those in school. For more information about our fatherhood involvement programs, contact FOT@snjpc.org
